The basic surroundings and / or settings for the water processing system
(1). Water supplying pipe： Install the water-supplying pipe at the water processing room, the pressure of water supplying must be more than 2Mpa, the water volume is more or less than 10 cubic meter, and there should be tunnels to discharge the wastewater.
(2). Electricity supply: The water room must have enough electricity to make the equipment running and the power should not less than 14KW.
(3). Workshop: The field which the whole water purifying equipments cover is 20meter(length) and 5meter(width), the air window should be set up to make sure the air is flowing in the room.

Explanation of the Working Flow
This system mainly consists of three parts：Pre-treatment、Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment and Accessories. Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment is the core equipment in the whole system, all the other equipments service for the Reverse Osmosis Membrane.
Trouble Resolve and Prevention for Pre-treatment
(Source water supplying pump, quartz sand filter, active carbon filter, PP sediment filter):
A. Prevent the membranes from scaling（such as Fe3
, alanate, and etc.）.
B. Prevent the Organic matter, microorganism, gummy matter and suspended solid particulates from blocking.
C. Keep the Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment in the stable water producing state.
1Source water supplying Pump:
This pump provides enough flow and pressure to the post processing equipment.
2Quartz sand filter：
The Quartz sand filter which is 1200mm of diameter and capacity of output water is 16 cubic meter per hour, flow speed of working state is 12 meter per hour, various types of quartz sand is filled in the filter and several layers are designed in the inside of the filter. When design the filter, one element must be taken into consideration that the force of backwash must be strong enough to make sure the process of backwash is completed. The reason why the equipment cannot work in a stable state mainly owe to the design defect of backwash. Because of this, the membranes are easy to be scaled. Considering that the time of backwash is not long, thus the filtering surface has not formed and the impure material is easy to get through the filter, which makes the filtering effect poor, that is why we slow down the flow speed to improve the filtering effect and reduce the influence to the next filter.
The force of backwash should strong enough to make the quartz sand inflation 15-25%, and when backwash, it had better have compressed air to make the quartz sand rub each other. The turbidity of output water from quartz sand filter should less than 1
3Active Carbon Filter：is used to trap organic chemicals, and chlorine which will attack and degrade reverse osmosis membranes.
The function of this filter is mainly to get rid of the remaining chlorine and organic compounds, and to remove taste and odor and also remove some harmful contaminents.
Purified by the previous two filters, the water is basically compliance with the water-input requirement of purifying equipment：SDI≤4；
4PP sediment membranes filter：is used to trap particles including rust and calcium carbonate.
At the front of Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment, there must be a PP sediment membranes filter of which the flow capacity is 20-30m3
/h. The function of PP sediment membranes filter is to block the granular material getting into the Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment and used for removal of sand, silt dirt and rust particles. Without this the Reverse Osmosis Membrane is easy to be damaged. In normal working condition, the life span of PP membrane is 1-3 months. It is easy to refill the PP cartridges.

1 Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment：
Reverse Osmosis membrane is the heart of this system. Reverse osmosis separation technology is used to remove dissolved impurities from water through the use of a semi-permeable membrane. RO technology involves the reversal of flow through a membrane from a high salinity, or concentrated solution to the high purity, or "permeate", stream on the opposite side of the membrane. Pressure is used as the driving force for the separation. The applied pressure (P) must be in excess of the osmotic pressure of the dissolved contaminants to allow flow across the membrane. Whether the Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment can or cannot reach the requirement of design is determined by the design of Reverse Osmosis membrane, it also determine the life span of Reverse Osmosis Membrane. The water processed through Reverse Osmosis Membrane Equipment is almost no bacteria, organic matter and microorganism.
